Surpassing Expectations: The Rise GiveLife JobFair Returns to Trichy

I am on my way to Trichy. We had hoped to get 300 companies for our 2nd edition of The Rise GiveLife JobFair. Exceeding our own expectations, as of today, 327 companies have already confirmed their participation.

Further, we had projected the vacancies these companies would bring to be around 12,000. Here again, it has super-exceeded our projections. We now have 21,000 confirmed vacancies from these 327 companies. My guess is that in the end, after all the interview processes, around 12,000 job orders will be issued on February 07, and in all likelihood, after six months, perhaps 7,500 would stick to the jobs.

And that, in my view, is stupendously huge. We must feel legitimately satisfied and proud that through The Rise GiveLife initiative, we are going to make a definitive change and lasting impact in the lives of 7,500+ youth. A good number of participating companies are also pretty high profile.
